Pocket Mirror 1.3.6

+ Major code changes
+ Super high quality now uses the highest resolution available
+ Now works on Galaxy S2
+ Now works on Galaxy S

Default resolution is 640x480. Thanks for all the feedback. Tested on Galaxy S2 (GT-I9100 2.3.3).
